Yes. We film events across the country (and internationally if needed). Travel expenses are typically added to the final invoice, and we handle all logistics so you don’t have to worry.

That depends on the scale.

- Smaller events (workshops, meetings) Usually a 1-day event and often need just one videographer.
- Larger events (conferences, multi-day summits) typically require a team of 2–4 videographers to capture everything.

Question 5: What kind of videos can I expect from my event?

That depends on the package you choose. Deliverables can include a wide range of content such as highlight videos, same-day edits, speaker videos, testimonial promos, social clips, short-form and long-form videos (like full keynotes or panel sessions). Each package is built to fit different goals, and we’ll walk you through the options so you know exactly what you’ll receive.

Question 6: How long does it take to get my videos back?

Turnaround depends on the package and length of your event.

- Same Day Edit – A highlight video edited in real time and delivered before your event ends.

- Testimonial Promos – Typically ready within 2 weeks so you can start adding them to your website and landing pages.

- Social Clips / Short-form Content – Delivered within 2-3 weeks, optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Question 7: Do you provide raw footage?

Yes — raw footage is always included as part of our service. Along with the final edited videos, you’ll receive all the original recordings from your event, so you have everything captured for your archives or future use.

Question 8: Who owns the rights to the footage?

You own the final videos we deliver. We may keep a copy of the footage to showcase in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise (such as with private or internal-only events).

Question 9: Do you bring your own equipment?

Absolutely. We use professional-grade cameras, audio gear, and lighting to ensure high-quality production, regardless of the venue setup.
