Founder & CEO
Erick Magana, the dynamic force behind Premium Business Films, LLC, also known as PB-Films. As the CEO, Erick’s entrepreneurial journey began when he quit his editing 9 to 5 job in 2012. He went on to hire his first business coach, a seasoned video producer for industry giants like Tony Robbins, Richard Branson, and Tim Ferriss.
Under his mentorship, Erick honed his skills in video production and marketing, spurring him to establish PB-Films in 2014. Since then, he’s collaborated with remarkable entrepreneurs, contributing to renowned events such as “Summit of Greatness” by Lewis Howes, “Vidsummit” by Derral Eves and Mr. Beast, and “Social Media Marketing World” by Social Media Examiner.
With a background in Visual Communication and a business degree from Long Beach, Erick’s artistic flair blends seamlessly with his strategic prowess. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, he balances his thriving career with family life, raising two daughters alongside his global clientele. Always on the move, Erick’s passion for forging connections and propelling businesses forward shines through his impactful work.
Raul Peña
Senior Video Editor
Raul Peña is a dedicated media professional with a passion for visual storytelling and cultural expression. Born and raised in Ensenada, México, Raul developed a love for cinema at a young age, which naturally evolved into a career in media. He holds a degree in Media, equipping him with a strong foundation in film production, communication theory, and digital storytelling.
Since 2021, Raul has been a key member of PB Films, contributing his skills across a range of creative projects. Whether working behind the camera, in the editing suite, or assisting in production logistics, Raul brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every project. His work reflects a blend of technical proficiency and artistic vision, shaped by both formal training and a deep personal appreciation for film as a medium of human connection.
Outside of work, Raul enjoys immersing himself in cinema, not just as a viewer but as a student of the craft. He draws inspiration from a diverse range of filmmakers and genres, always seeking new ways to refine his storytelling voice. He’s also a passionate baseball fan, appreciating the sport for its strategy, tradition, and community spirit.

Isaac Casper is a video editor with a passion for storytelling and creating meaningful visual experiences. Whether it's a fast-paced reel or a thoughtful narrative, he thrives on bringing projects to life through dynamic edits and strong visual flow.
In his free time, Isaac explores 2D and 3D animation, experiments with new creative tools, and finds inspiration in films that challenge convention and spark new ideas.

Originally from Tijuana, Mexico, Izael has spent over 10 years dedicated to telling stories through editing. A graduate with a degree in Communication Sciences from the Autonomous University of Baja California, Izael has collaborated on projects ranging from productions for local commercial networks to nationwide campaigns for global brands such as Nestlé, Unilever, and P&G.
They have also worked behind the scenes and as an assistant on high-profile shoots, including Paramount’s Coyote series.
